Welcome to the Hilary J. Boone Center at the University of Kentucky. Newly renovated and expanded, the Center offers some of the finest meeting and dining facilities in Lexington. Located in the heart of campus, the center has more than 20,000 square feet of meeting and dining space. The new, upscale main dining room can accommodate 200 people for the most formal of events. Expanded and renovated meeting rooms, complete with wireless connections and new furnishings, can easily hold up to 80 people. And a new library, bar area, and side patio offer casual dining and meeting opportunities as well. The Hilary J. Boone Center is open for formal events and meetings as well as general membership. Will Preston has been fine tuning his culinary eye since the age of 16. A native of Lexington, Preston has worked in some of the area's finest restaurants, including Dudley's, Mason's, the Coach House, Le Deauville and most recently Heirloom in Midway, Ky. There he honed his culinary skills, broadened his knowledge of cuisine and developed his eye for perfection.
