Welcome to the Hilary J. Boone Center at the University of Kentucky. Newly renovated and expanded, the Center is one of the finest meeting and dining facilities in Lexington. Located in the heart of campus, we have more than 20,000 square feet of meeting and dining space with the latest IT equipment. The lovely décor helps create a warm and functional atmosphere for our members. The main dining room can seat 200 guests. Four private rooms, complete with wireless connections and new furnishings, can seat from 16 to 135 people. As well, a new library, bar, and terrace offer casual dining and meeting opportunities. The Hilary J. Boone Center at the University of Kentucky is Lexington's premier choice for dining, business meetings, cocktail parties, wedding receptions, and other special events.

Will Preston has been fine tuning his culinary eye since the age of 16. A native of Lexington, Preston has worked in some of the area's finest restaurants, including Dudley's, Mason's, the Coach House, Le Deauville and most recently Heirloom in Midway, Ky. There he honed his culinary skills, broadened his knowledge of cuisine and developed his eye for perfection.
