Participation in a Survey of
Knowledge Management and Competitiveness

We invite you to participate in a study we are conducting.

As a follow-up to Dr. K. D. Joshi's Delphi study on the conduct of Knowledge Management (KM), we are examining the relationships between KM activities and organizational competitiveness. Part of this investigation involves collecting viewpoints of leaders of KM initiatives across the world via a questionnaire. Pilot testers of this questionnaire included Mr. Charles Benson (Director of Knowledge Initiative at Ernst & Young), Bo Newman (Founder of the original KM Forum), and Dr. K. D. Joshi of Washington State University.

If you are able and willing to participate, please let me know at your earliest convenience and indicate the mailing address to which the questionnaire should be sent. If you cannot respond to the questionnaire, but can think of alternative persons in your organization who could, please let me know their names and mailing addresses.

We will send you a summary of the study's results as soon as they are available.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Thanking you kindly.
