If a Hold is placed on my account and I complete C.A.T.S., how do I get it removed?

The survey is programmed to automatically remove the account hold within 15 minutes of completion. If you feel there is a CATSseesafety Hold on your account in error, please email for assistance. Please allow 48 hours for an email response.

Hold removals can only take place between working hours of 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
