Wondering how to use team-based learning in your classes?

Want to know how to use some of the new instructional technologies in your class?

The staff at CELT would be more than happy to consult with you on these questions and whatever other instructional issues you would like to discuss. We all teach classes at UK so we know what it is like to be in the trenches experimenting with new pedagogies. We are involved in national discussions on higher education topics and stay current with the literature on post-secondary education keeping abreast on best practices in the field. We have consulted with many of your colleagues and can share some of the innovative teaching strategies that are used by your peers.

All consultations are confidential. We work on a one-to-one basis with instructors at their request.

We are also available to consult with departments or other academic units on issues such as curriculum development, documenting student learning outcomes and establishing peer review of teaching programs.

Contact a member of the CELT staff to schedule a meeting.
