Center Year End Review

As 2012 is quickly nearing an end, it is nice to take a moment and reflect on our accomplishments of the past year.  Each year the Center undertakes initiatives and projects to address our three mission areas: research, scholarship and public service.  Below we have highlighted our core accomplishments in each of these areas for the time frame of July 2011 to June 2012.  We, of course, cannot talk about our accomplishments without also talking about those who make them possible.  We offer our deep appreciation for our research colleagues at the University and beyond; the advocates and practitioners who inspire us with their daily work on the front lines of the fight against violence against women; and the community members who support us, as they too have an important role in ending violence against women.
