I enjoy taking classes at UK. Sometimes the only classes available are during working hours, but because I can flex my schedule to accommodate them, it isn't a problem. I can make up the time by coming to work early, staying late, and/or working from home. Having that flexibility makes a huge difference in my ability to manage my work and other goals.
