Lee Ann works with employers across the state and on the Innovative Employer Roundtable to inform and educate about cutting-edge workforce issues. She manages Innovative Employer Partner Roundtable relations, develops educational services and creates employer opportunities that help address issues of importance to Kentucky organizations.

Lee Ann has nearly twenty years of experience in marketing and client services and has worked in a variety of industries, including health care, academics, food services, hospitality and association management. She brings a wide breadth of marketing knowledge with her to iwin from market analysis to campaign management. She received her undergraduate degree in marketing from the University of Kentucky and also received her Master's in Hospitality Administration and Travel and Tourism from UK.

Having a flexible work schedule allowed me to get my pilot's license. I wanted to be an astronaut as a kid, so I figured a pilot's license would be as close as I may ever get to the moon. Because iwin has set clear and measureable goals for my job, I was able to work when I could and take the time I needed, when the weather was cooperative, to finish my pilot's license in a reasonable timeframe.
