Manager of Operations & Partner Services
As the Manager of Operations & Partner Services, Stephanie is responsible for ensuring that the Institute runs smoothly. She works closely with the Executive Director on fiscal management, planning, and day-to-day operations and making certain that iwin is compliant with university policies and procedures. In addition to operations tasks, Stephanie is in frequent communication with iwin's Roundtable Partners, ensuring they receive quality service. Other responsibilities include creating thinkmail (iwin's monthly newsletter), managing the website, assisting with the development of marketing materials, and coordinating iwin's social media efforts. Stephanie graduated from the University of Kentucky with a BA in Geography in 2009.
