Employer Engagement Assistant
Stephanie is the employer engagement assistant and co-manages the iwin website. Stephanie assists the Employer Engagement Team in all aspects. Her work includes planning and preparing for the semi-annual Roundtable Meetings, preparing for consulting trainings and workshops, setting up for webinars and assisting with the Employer Engagement operations. Stephanie also coordinates iwin’s social media activities including facebook, twitter and youtube. She compiles the monthly Partners’ only newsletter, “thinkmail” and the semi-annual news and updates newsletter, “thinkforward.” Stephanie graduated from the University of Kentucky with a BA in Geography in 2009.
Since beginning work at iwin in early 2011 I have learned so much about how businesses large and small operate and what they do to make their employees happy, healthy and engaged. My favorite "workplace innovation" that I've learned about is giving employees the ability to take sabbaticals after being with a company for however many years. This gives an employee the freedom to do something they never thought possible, or thought they would not be able to do until they retire, or the opportunity to fulfill a dream they would have previously had to leave their job in order to do.
