overview and objectives
Recruiting, engaging, and retaining employees during tough economic times requires innovation, out-of-the box thinking and an understanding of what motivates employees to excel….but this need not “break the bank.” The UK Institute for Workplace Innovation (iwin) has developed an eight-dimension model, informed by research, to help organizations become “Employers-of-Choice” through adopting innovative “next best” practices.   One of the eight dimensions of that model is “promotion of workplace flexibility.”

Learn how flexibility can be used as a strategy to motivate and engage employees who are having to do more with less, forego salary increases and deal with the challenges of work and life in the 21st century.  You will learn:

1)about the eight dimensions of an innovative workplace
2)the fundamentals of workplace flexibility
3)why workplace flexibility is a win for both employers and employees
4)strategies for incorporating workplace flexibility in your organization
5)how non-profit organizations have successfully implemented workplace flexibility using case study examples
