iwin showcases companies that have a commitment to environments that boost the bottom line, employee health, and work-life fit. With the support of the Innovative Employer Roundtable Partners, iwin seeks applicants for the Dr. Lee T. Todd, Jr. Workplace Research to Practice Award. This award evaluates perspectives on the 9 dimensions of iwin’s Innovative Workplace Model. The recipient will receive a waived membership fee to participate in the Innovative Employer Roundtable for one year and will gain invaluable insight into innovative workplace practices that bridge research and practice.
