About
This Site
The
Department of Communication website was
designed during the summer of 2001 by a
team of interns working under the direction
of Chuck Bryant, director of research and instructional
technology. The team was charged
with developing an attractive and professional
site that would more actively serve all
of the Department's constituencies, from
current students and faculty to the general
public.
The
graphic design was created by John Harbison
(TEL '02). Other team members included:
Lucas Ellis (TEL '02), Mackenzie Hindman
(COM '02), and Jason Wurth (COM '02). The
initial content was developed by interns
over the following year, including Angela
Burke, Albert Kalim, Jason Smith, and Lucas
Thomas. The site is currently maintained
by interns
and other department staff.
