Hundreds of thousands of
dollars have been donated to honor the contributions
of a 95-year-old, treasured UK faculty member.
The UK Board of Trustees approved the unique
$146,938.50-Gifford Blyton Professorship
in Oral Communication and Forensic and approved
Dr.
Enid Waldhart, associate professor and
director of undergraduate studies in communication,
as the inaugural holder of the professorship.
