Strong-minded, personable, and complex, put these together and you will get an intriguing African American who has a bright future.
Ashley Shanelle Beeler is a very sophisticated, driven, and in-depth asset to the Dupont Manual High School community. She is the daughter of Katrina and Michael Beeler. Born into a loving, close-knit and supportive family on November 13, 1989, she has established personal ethics and morals that have shaped her into the rising senior she has become.
Life is what keeps her moving and motivated. Ashley loves not knowing what is going to happen next. Her risky mentality and anticipation for the future sets her apart and has allowed many opportunities to arise. As a rising senior, her main plans, like most, are to graduate and to obtain a full ride to a notable university that will help her pursue her dreams and aspirations. Ashley ultimately plans to pursue a career being a radio personality by day, and a club DJ by night.
Being involved in many organizations such as executive council, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, elementary reading program and track, she has been able to be exposed to leadership opportunities. She had a strong passion for sports and being a tomboy in her younger years gave her much exposure.
Like every human, Ashley has her strengths and weaknesses. Living life on the edge, and using her gift of building others’ self-confidence are her strengths. While coming off too strong and not letting go of pass situations may be her weaknesses, Ashley keeps her eye on the prize…life itself.
Writing is an integral part of her life. If writing were taken away from her she would cry. She has a future plan of writing a book about her younger life, which will ultimately help and inspire someone else because she is an inspiration.
Ashley has the potential to be great. Unlike most 17 year olds, she has her head on straight. So guys, better watch out, she is a big success waiting to happen.
