Station 22 and all of the above Stations can access clip art on the Network by using the following procedure:
In Word:
Select Insert from the Menu Bar. Click Once (single Click).
Highlight picture.
Single Click on "from file". This will prompt you for a location. Look
in "My Computer" by
clicking on the "up folder" icon until the words My Computer appear
in the upper most text box .
Next double click on "Sys on 'Sch_lib_sci'(I:)"
Double click on "Apps"
Double click on "Msoffice"
Double click on "Clipart"
Browse through any of the folders by double clicking on them. There are over 2,000 clip art and photo pictures installed on the server.
If you have any problems or cannot find the clip art please ask a lab assistant.
Station 23 and 24 CANNOT access any clip art on the server or internet.
