The School of Library and Information Science masters program is accredited by the American Library Association and is part of the College of Communications and Information Studies at the University of Kentucky. We are located in on the UK main campus in Lexington Kentucky on the fifth floor of King Library, but we also have off-campus sites in Covington Kentucky at Northern Kentucky University and in Louisville Kentucky, utililizing facilities at the University of Louisville and Louisville Free Public Library. We have approximately 200 students pursuing masters studies; doctoral studies opportunities are also available.
