University of Kentucky Regalia Information
Purchasing Regalia
Below is a list of regalia items and their prices. You may purchase your regalia at the UK Bookstore, located in the Student Center. Regalia will be available for purchase beginning October 1st at the Grad Salute, hosted by the UK Alumni Association. After Grad Salute, regalia can be purchased through the bookstore anytime during regular business hours.
Please Note: The UK Bachelor and Masters gowns have been changed to a custom blue.

Additional products, such as honor cords and stoles, are available for purchase in the bookstore and at Grad Salute.
PhD Doctoral Candidates - UK Custom Gown
PhD candidates wanting to purchase regalia must do so by October 18, 2013 in order to insure delivery by commencement with no rush shipping. After October 18, 2013, a rush order fee may be applied. After November 1, 2013, there is no guarantee that the gowns will arrive in time for the ceremony. Please contact the bookstore with additional questions.
All PhD candidates must come to the bookstore for their regalia. To help facilitate the purchase of your regalia, please consult the measuring guide and the order form and either bring it with you to the UK Bookstore, or you may e-mail the form to Andrea Bailey at 0446gm@fheg.follett.com.
If you are renting regalia, please call the bookstore at 859-257-6304 or come to the bookstore during business hours. Please have your height and weight information when you rent your regalia.

Non-PhD Doctoral Candidates
Non-PhD doctoral candidates can order their regalia directly from Jostens. Click here to order. If you choose, you may purchase a gown similar to the PhD gown. If you would like to purchase this option, please follow the purchasing instructions listed for PhD candidates.
Professional Schools
All professional school graduates order their regalia directly from Jostens. Click here to order.
Alumni Association Grad Salute
The Alumni Association Grad Salute will take place on Tuesday, October 1st & Wednesday, October 2nd from 10:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m.
