South East Lipid Research Conference 2002

Poster Session

Saturday, October 5th, 4 - 6 p.m.

There will be a single poster session that will be held on Saturday, October 5th, between 4:00 and 6:00 pm.  Prizes will be available for the best poster.  First ($200) and second ($100) prizes will be available in student and fellow categories.  Prizes will be based on the following criteria.

1. Quality of the abstract

2. Quality of the poster

3. The ability to provide a clear description of the study and responsiveness to questions

Presenters

To be eligible for an award, presenters must be in attendance at their poster between 4:00 and 6:00 pm.  Please ensure that the registration form clearly indicates the desire to be considered for a prize and designates the category of student or fellow.

Judging

We would like to encourage all faculty level attendees to assist in the judging.  Judging will work optimally if we have each poster is assessed by several people.  Please indicate your willingness to participate on the registration forms.

Poster to be Presented

Please verify your status - if you are a poster presenter and it is not indicated on the list, contact Alan Daugherty ASAP, with name, title of poster, and status (if wanting to be considered for a student or fellow prize).  We will not be able to consider a poster for a prize unless we obtain this information in advance
