Advising in the College of Design is conducted formally at the undergraduate and graduate levels through meetings with each student and his or her faculty advisor each semester. These meetings consist of a review of progress in the program to date and a strategy session to assist students in formulating their individual curricular plans.
Student Services maintains complete records and provides information on admission, class policies, scheduling, scholarships, graduation, course registration, and grading issues.
Informal advising is an on-going process throughout the semester in lecture, studio, and seminar classes.
