On the 3rd level of Parking Structure No. 5 is a pedway across Limestone Street to Main Campus. From the base of the pedway, continue walking in a straight line:
- Proceed up steps (or ramp), then diagonally across the courtyard of the Patterson Office Tower.
- At the far corner of the courtyard is Miller Hall. Architecture and Interior Design students have studios on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
- Continuing along the sidewalk from the Miller Hall corner of the courtyard will lead to a sidewalk intersection located to the immediate left of Pence Hall, where the School of Architecture and the offices of the College of Design are located.
- At the intersection, turning right will lead to the end of a walk and a set of steps leading down to a parking lot. The large brick building immediately across the lot from the base of the steps is the Funkhouser Building, which houses the School of Interior Design.
