The Neal Building

The project is an historic rehabilitation in Carlisle, Kentucky for the local historical society. The space includes a welcome center/ general store, museum and assembly space. The project is currently in the design stage for phase II (Museum).

"The Attraction of Older Housing: A Recent Buyer's Values"

Masters thesis in Interior Design. Research focused on the demographics, interests, background of older house owners (in Lexington, KY) and which features of the home influenced them to make the purchase. Results indicated that the majority of older house owners are young, highly-educated, Caucasian individuals without children.
