Please schedule your events well in advance to ensure we will be able to accommodate the order. We suggest you contact UK Catering Services two to four weeks in advance to begin your event planning process.

For room reservations in the Student Center, please contact Rhonda King or Bonnie Wathen at (859) 257-5781 before placing your order. For events where building entrance is limited, please make necessary arrangements to provide us access a minimum of one (1) hour in advance of the event to ensure a prompt start time.

If tables are needed for your event on campus, (except in the Student Center) please contact the Physical Plant Division at (859) 257-4878.
