Welcome to Blazer, all you care to eat.

The choices are limitless. Our menu is constantly rotating with different choices so every day you can choose something new to try. We offer various vegetarian options and work to take into consideration any dietary choices.

We offer the highest quality local foods during peak growing season. The local farms we work with grow and produce to our specifications.

Italian

Hot pasta, marinara, alfredo sauce, and meatballs are served in our Italian station. In addition to these choices you will find a variety of pizzas, baked pastas, entrees, and a selection of baked breads.

Blazer Grill

Make to order burgers, assorted toppings, hot dogs, Coney sauce, grilled chicken, fish sandwiches, shrimp, chicken fingers, fried clams, fried zucchini, sweet potato fries and much, much more.

Southern Comfort

Here you will find the comforts of home and a collection of Southern favorites. This station menu rotates daily and features foods you may recognize from home. Wednesday in particular we will offer "Soul Food" items such as barbecued ribs, fried chicken, catfish, macaroni and cheese, and house made cornbread cakes.

Rotisserie Chicken, Baked fish, Sloppy Joe, barbequed pulled pork, mashed potatoes and gravy, grilled pork chops, and a vast array of traditional side dishes. The vegetable bar includes accompaniments such as mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli, country greens, roasted bistro vegetables, baked potatoes and toppings served every day.

Fresh Bar

This station highlights fresh fruit, yogurt, granola and assorted toppings, hummus, cheeses and a variety of raw vegetables. On Mondays stop in and try the fresh fruit smoothies from 5pm-close (seasonal).

Salad Bar

We feature spring mix greens, garden ice burg blend, and baby spinach leaves. Choose from a variety of toppings to suit you. Caesar salad is always available.

International offerings

Different international favorites from all over the world avaible on this station everyday.

Mongolian Grill

On Tuesday we offer Mongolian grill all day which features dishes made to order the way you like it. Enjoy your choice of stir fry vegetables, chicken, beef, pork, shrimp or tofu and a wide selection of sauces. This station also offers brown, steamed and fried rice, egg rolls, steamed or fried dumplings and seafood rangoons.

South-West Bar

Friday features Tex-Mex favorites such as hot quesadillas, burritos, nachos, tacos, enchiladas, tamales, flautas, chimichangas, with numerous toppings and side dishes to accompany the entrees.

Deli Bar

Create your own sub sandwiches, deli sandwiches, hot paninis or wraps. Choose from a variety of breads. Deli bar ingredients feature sliced ham, turkey, roast beef, genoa salami, pepperoni, cheeses, lots of vegetables, and sauces.

Dessert

Try some cheesecake, cookies, and a variety of bars, cakes, gelatin, parfaits, brownies, fruit cobblers and our house favorites; Pecan cobbler, bread pudding and hot fudge cake. Try the soft serve ice cream or frozen fat-free yogurt station with your choice of toppings.

Gluten Free, Sugar Free, and Low-Fat desserts are also available.
