Welcome to Blazer, all you care to eat.

The choices are limitless. Our menu is constantly rotating with different choices so every day you can choose something new to try. We offer various vegetarian options and work to take into consideration any dietary choices.

We offer the highest quality local foods during peak growing season. The local farms we work with grow and produce to our specifications.

Breakfast

Enjoy our breakfast/waffle bar, custom blended smoothies, and omelet station weekdays 8 am until 10:30 am and weekends from 10 am until 3 pm.

Waffle Bar

The Waffle Bar features fresh fruit, yogurt, granola and assorted toppings.

Italian

Hot pasta, marinara, alfredo sauce, and meatballs are served in our Italian station. In addition to these choices you will find a variety of pizzas, baked pastas, entrees, and a selection of baked breads.

Blazer Grill

Make to order burgers, assorted toppings, hot dogs, Coney sauce, grilled chicken, fish sandwiches, shrimp, chicken fingers, fried clams, fried zucchini, sweet potato fries and much, much more.

Fresh Bar

This station highlights hummus, cheeses and a variety of raw vegetables.

Salad Bar

We feature spring mix greens, garden iceburg blend, and baby spinach leaves. Choose from a variety of toppings to suit you. Caesar salad is always available and so are baked potatoes with your choice of toppings.

International offerings

Different international favorites from all over the world available on this station throughout the week.

Monday:

Lunch - Greek

The Greek menu features gyros, spanikopita, samosa, gyro veggie pasta bake, hummus, and more.

Dinner - Wing Bar

The Wing menu features assorted wings and jalapeno poppers.

Tuesday:

Lunch - Mexican

Your farorite Tex-Mex foord are available including fajita chicken, taco beef, cheese sauce, refried beans, mexican rice, burritos, taquitos,and chimicangas with numerous toppings and side dishes to accompany the entrees.

Dinner - Mongolian Grill

On Tuesday nights we offer Mongolian grill which features dishes made to order the way you like it. Enjoy your choice of potstickers, egg rolls, sauced tempura nuggests, vegetarian stir fry, chicken, beef, pork, and tofu with numberous side dishes to accompany your entree.

Wednesday:

Lunch - Caribbean

On Wednesday we offer a taste of the islands with Caribbean cuisine including jerk chicken, flank steak, vinagrette green beans, spice sweet potatoes, and coconut reed beans & rice.

Dinner - Omelets

Enjoy an omelet made-to-order using a variety of meats, cheeses, and vegetables.

Thursday:

Lunch - Wing Bar

Southern Comfort

On Wednesdays our main service line features the comforts of home and a collection of Southern favorites. This menu features foods you may recognize from home. Your lunch and dinner choices may include: meatloaf, fried chicken, barbecued ribs, ranch fried tilapia, BBQ chicken, fried catfish, cabbage with bacon, broccoli casserole, fried corn, sweet corn bake, green bean casserole, mixed greens, fried potatoes, pinto beans with ham, and corn bread.

Deli Bar

Create your own sub sandwiches, deli sandwiches, hot paninis or wraps. Choose from a variety of breads. Deli bar ingredients feature sliced ham, turkey, roast beef, genoa salami, cheeses, lots of vegetables, and sauces.

Dessert

Try some cheesecake, cookies, and a variety of bars, cakes, gelatin, parfaits, brownies, fruit cobblers and our house favorites; Pecan cobbler, bread pudding and hot fudge cake. Try the soft serve ice cream or frozen fat-free yogurt station with your choice of toppings.

Gluten Free, Sugar Free, and Low-Fat desserts are also available.
