If you have a food allergy or sensitivity, UK Dining Services wants to make it easy to eat without worrying. Many of our recipes are specially designed with you in mind.

Keep these simple steps in mind when choosing your meal:

  • Always ask your server what ingredients are in a dish if you have a question.
  • Watch for signs on meals that contain well-known allergy ingredients.

Vegetarian/Low-fat

Every Dining Services restaurant offers vegetarian and low-fat items. For an easy reference check out the menus and view the items at your favorite restaurant.

To help everyone with their eating habits:

  • All Dining Services locations cook with trans-fat free oils.
  • Managers of every Dining Service location are available to answer menu questions.
