Online Readiness Surveys

Am I ready to be an online learner?

These surveys will provide you with a sense of your readiness to participate in online or computer-mediated education. It does not guarantee your success, nor does it confirm your inability to succeed. You will evaluate your own readiness in three areas: Technical Readiness, Lifestyle Readiness, and Learning Preferences.

If you still have questions about your ability to be successful in an online learning environment, you should contact the instructor of the course in which you are considering enrolling.

Technical Readiness Survey

These questions are designed to help you assess your readiness for participating in online courses, based on your assessment of your computer setup and technical literacy. On a scale of 1 to 5 rate yourself according to each of the following statements; 5 indicating the greatest agreement and 1 indicating the least agreement. Be as forthright as possible with your responses.

Lifestyle Readiness Check

These questions are designed to help you assess your readiness for participating in online courses, based on your assessment of your lifestyle readiness. On a scale of 1 to 5 rate yourself according to each of the following statements; 5 indicating the greatest agreement and 1 indicating the least agreement. Be as forthright as possible with your responses.
