General Information: Refunds

Refund Checks: Refund checks will be mailed to Residual/Refund address. During the system transition, students can log on to myUK to review the address on file. If the address is incorrect, they can go to myUK, and follow the instructions for updating addresses.

All refund determinations are made by the University of Kentucky Registrar using the following guidelines:

• 100% of the tuition is refundable for a course dropped before the end of the second week of class.
• 50% is refundable for a course dropped before the withdrawal deadline.
• No refund is given for a course dropped after withdrawal deadline.
