The Pathfinder Program
Explore, Excel, Succeed

The Pathfinder Program is an exploratory and development program designed to assist second year students in persisting through to the third year and addressing the issues associated with the "sophomore slump". The focus of the program is major exploration and career development. This is done through exposure to career and major areas of interest, workshops and programs, and promotion of success oriented strategies with emphasis on academic, career, and cultural development.

The Pathfinder Program includes access to the CARES Sophomore Counselor through individual and group Academic Progress Sessions scheduled throughout the semester.
