Maintain Plus, Meals, Flex
The Plus Account is a debit program for University of Kentucky students, faculty, and staff, and Bluegrass Community & Technical College students. A Plus Account is automatically open and accessed as a feature of your UK WildCard Student ID, UK Faculty/Staff ID, or BCTC Student ID. The Plus Account is used on campus and off campus for dining, laundry, bookstores, printing, copying, uniforms, prescriptions, and much more. Residence Hall laundry and on campus printing may only be accessed with a Plus Account.

Dining Plans consist of Meals and Flex Dollars that are set up as an account which can be accessed using a UK or BCTC Student or Faculty/Staff ID like a debit card. Each time a purchase is made using one of the accounts, the total is deducted from either the Dining Plan or Flex Dollar balance. Account balance totals are available whenever a purchase is made at a dining location or convenience store on campus.

Services

UK Alert
The University of Kentucky has an emergency notification system, UK Alert, to communicate official information during an emergency or crisis situation that disrupts normal operation of the campus or threatens the health or safety of members of the campus community.

All University of Kentucky students, staff, and faculty are automatically registered in UK Alert with their official university e-mail address. We encourage students, staff, and faculty to add other contact information such as mobile numbers and personal e-mails to their UK Alert accounts. Parents, media, visitors, and other interested parties may register for UK Alert on a voluntary self-subscription basis.
