If they are paying with a department ProCard, the department can contact Mid Atlantic Book Bindery (1-800-831-9400) and set up a departmental account under the University of Kentucky contract.  The contact person should clearly identify themselves as a member of a university department at the University of Kentucky at this time.  The department would be responsible for shipping (and the costs thereof) materials to the bindery.  They will get the benefit of University contract pricing and, usually, a little better turnaround time than non-contract customers.  The bindery will ship the finished items directly back to the department, at no cost to the department for shipping.  They will be invoiced at that time for the work done.  Invoice payment is expected in a reasonable amount of time so as not to jeopardize the University contractual relationship.
