1. Could I get more information on the different format of presentation?

Poster
Poster boards will be made available in the Ballroom of the Student Center. A poster template is available here. Feel free to modify the template for the need of your presentation. If this is your first poster, please feel free to contact us.

Oral
Powerpoint presentations will be performed throughout the day of the showcase. Presentations won't last more than 15 minutes including questions (3-5 minutes).

Otherwise
For presentations that do not fit on a poster (e.g. art pieces and others), tables will be made available. For art performances (e.g. dances and others), please contact us.

Any time before the deadline, but remember that if your project needs special accommodations, time will be required to set your project.
