Project Description: This project will renovate approximately 8,200 square feet on the sixth floor of the College of Nursing Building to accomodate the construction of a new 118 seat Computer Classroom and associated support space.The project will be funded by federal grant of $1,287,000 from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and University funds.

Project Status: The Provost’s office provided the revised program on March 16, 2011,which was then forwarded to the design consultants. Design Development documents are scheduled to be delivered on April 21, with a design review meeting scheduled for April 28. Once the design development documents have been reviewed and approved, the team shall proceed with completing the construction documents. The project is scheduled to start construction in mid-August 2011 and will complete in January 2012. |
