The Division of Capital Project Management announces the following proposed Capital Construction Project which requires professional design services as indicated. Consulting firms as designated may submit a proposal for providing professional services in conjunction with the project listed below to the above address.
Proposal submittals are to be in our hands no later than 4:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) on the date listed below. Interested firms in the Koinonia House should contact Robin Sanders in the Capital Project Management Office at (859) 257-5911,and Denise Cooper for Digital Village at Ext. 262 if you have questions. Procurement of architectural and engineering services shall be according to applicable Kentucky Revised Statutes.  The Submittal Guidelines listed below indicates what is required from each interested firm.
