If you are interested in one of our properties, please note that all applicants must be registered as full-time University of Kentucky or BCTC students or full-time faculty or staff to be eligible for Real Estate Services Housing.

Properties can be held for 60 days with a security deposit. We do not pre-lease for future semesters at this time.
