All faculty and staff of UK HealthCare are invited to attend an employee forum with Dr. Michael Karpf, the university’s executive vice president for health affairs, Dr. Jay Perman, dean, or Peter Gilbert, associate dean, of the College of Medicine, and Murray Clark, associate vice president for medical center operations. Forums will take place:

• Feb. 7, 12 – 12:50 p.m., College of Pharmacy, Room 220
• Feb. 10, 7 – 8 a.m., HG611/Hospital Auditorium
• Feb. 13, 5 – 6 p.m., HG611/Hospital Auditorium
• Mar. 3, noon – 1 p.m., 2317 Alumni Park Plaza, 1st Floor (Progressive Building, near Alumni & New Circle)

Dr. Karpf, Dean Perman/Mr. Gilbert and Mr. Clark will provide an overview of important information about the UK clinical enterprise, strategic initiatives and construction and facilities plans. Those who attend will have an opportunity to ask questions.

UK HealthCare encompasses the entire clinical enterprise of the University of Kentucky, for example, UK Hospital, Kentucky Clinics, Gill Heart Institute, Markey Cancer Center, Kentucky Neuroscience & Orthopedics Institute and the clinical activities of the colleges of medicine, nursing, pharmacy, public health and health sciences.
