Professional
Development Services:
- Assists faculty in convening conferences on significant
education and policy issues as well as meetings directed towards developing
collaborative and interdisciplinary research initiatives.
- Organizes
and schedules professional development training sessions, workshops,
conferences and seminars and related activities. This office is involved
with faculty, staff, the College Dean and other providers in locating
and securing sites for the delivery of professional development services.
- Prepares Continuing Education agreements for PD training sessions,
workshops, conferences and seminars. This office keeps records of
workshop or conference
participants who request Continuing Education Units.
