UK College of Education Curriculum and Instruction
grad student forms and procedures

You can now fill out all forms from your keyboard.  Enter information into user-friendly form fields, print the document and submit it to the appropriate office for any required signatures.
We are working to make departmental (EDC) forms available in both Microsoft Word Rich Text Format (RTF file extension) and Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF file extension).  Graduate School (GS) forms are available in PDF format only.  If you can work with MS Word, we recomend RTF forms if you wish to save the document with the information you have entered into form fields.  Adobe PDF documents open with the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, but you will not be able to save the document unless you have the full version of Adobe Acrobat.
