EDL 702 LEADERSHIP IN EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS II (3) This course emphasizes understanding changing demographic, social, economic, and political contexts as well as the role of school leaders within educational organizations in achieving social and organizational justice. Organizational and leadership theories will be used to critically examine prevailing practice and develop perspectives appropriate to improving education for all children. Students will analyze and critique conventional practice and offer recommendations for appropriate corrective action. Preq: Admission to the Department program or consent of the instructor.
