EDL 705: International Perspectives on Educational Reform (3) - The course focuses on international educational reform, the function of schools in national social, economic and political development as well as emerging perspectives on educational leadership and professional preparation. PREREQUISITES: Admission to a Doctoral Degree Program at the University of Kentucky, completion of EPE 555 Comparative Education, its equivalent, or consent of the instructor.
