UK College of Education Applications for Programs in Counseling, Educational and/or School Psychology

The Department of Educational and Counseling Psychology offers programs in three areas. In making your application to the correct program, please verify that you have selected the proper form. The program options are specific to the area and the instructions near the bottom of the page are specific to the area. We look forward to the opportunity to review your application.

Counseling Psychology Educational Psychology School Psychology

The application to any program offered by the Department requires BOTH an application to the program AND an application to the Graduate School. The the Graduate School (Gillis Building, University of Kentucky, Lexington, KY 40506-0027) requires:
  1. Graduate School Application
  2. Two official copies of transcripts from each institution previously attended
  3. Official score report of the GRE Aptitude Test

Teaching and research assistantships and fellowships are available through the department, the university and other campus units. Questions about financial support can be answered by Dr. William Stilwell, Director of Graduate Study.
