| The Department
of Educational and Counseling Psychology is seeking candidates for the following tenure-track faculty position, effective August 2008 or January 2009. Appointment contingent upon funding. Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. Educational Psychology: Assistant professor in the area of quantitative methods. Responsibilities: Teach courses in statistics and research methodology to graduate students from a wide variety of programs, serve on masters and doctoral committees, mentor graduate students, work cooperatively with other faculty and students on research and community service projects, and assist in the work of the department and college. The ideal candidate for this position will combine statistical and methodological expertise with a substantive research agenda in educational psychology. Qualifications: Earned doctorate in educational psychology or related field, demonstrated potential for scholarly productivity, and a commitment to diversity.
