Faculty
with tenure preparing documentation for review during the first year
of a biennium should document all activities for the prior two calendar
year period. All faculty without tenure should document activities for the prior calendar year. |

In the event the Handbook does not provide enough information, the faculty member is encourage to collect additional information from the Department Chair or the Administrative Regulations. |
