Our office is
located in room 133C Dickey
Hall. It serves the College, the University, and the Community
in a variety of activities:
- Conducts
high school recruiting visits for the College of Education
Represents the College of Education to on-site high school visits throughout
the Tri-State area and offers encouragement and advice to high school
seniors interested in pursing a degree in Teacher Education.
- Supports
College Student Organizations
This office offers its services to any student
organization and its advisor in the college who wishes to have
assistance in planning and organizing any activity in which an organization
wishes to participate.
- Connects
Students with Kentucky Education Association
The Office Director is the advisor to the Kentucky
Education Association Student Organization (KEA).
- Student
Advisory Council
The Student Advisory Council is housed in this office as well. The
Advisory Council sponsors an annual Spring
Walk Against Child Abuse during child abuse prevention month in
April. For information, call (859) 257-3792. Should an issue for the
SAC come up, you may communicate with
the Council.
