Named to the Alumni Hall of Fame in 2002

Dr. Janis Bellack is the Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost at the prestigious Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. The college is the second oldest school of pharmacy in the United States. Before her appointment to that position in 2000, Bellack was formerly Associate Provost for educational programs at the Medical University of South Carolina. She was co-author of the Handbook for Health Professions and an associate editor for the Journal of Nursing Education. She is a specialist in nursing education.
