UK College of Education Education alums named Athletics Hall
of Fame charter members

On September 10th, the University of Kentucky will induct 88 individuals as charter members of the UK Athletics Hall of Fame. Of those 88 inductees, 34 are alumni of the UK College of Education.

The formal induction ceremony will be held Saturday night, September 10, at Memorial Coliseum during the UK Wildcats football game against Idaho State.

According to UK Athletics, the UK Athletics Hall of Fame will recognize and honor persons whose participation and contributions enriched and strengthened the University’s athletics program. Criteria to be considered include academic as well as athletic accomplishments while at UK as well as post-UK accomplishments.
