UK College of Education Students receive recognition
at awards programs

Five College of Education students were singled out for special acknowledgement at the annual UK Honors and Recognition Awards program.
  • Terry J. Clayton received the Carol S. Adelstein Outstanding Student Award from the Disability Resource Center.
  • Pauline Chhooi accepted the Viji Jeganathan Award for Cross-Cultural Understanding from the Office of International Affairs.
  • Annie Starnes was the College of Education recipient of the Maurice A. Clay Award from Omicron Delta Kappa.
  • Joshua Yost was one of eight students to receive a Charles T. Wethington, Jr. Fellowship from the Athletics Association.

In addition to the students recognized at the UK awards program, one College of Education student was named to receive a scholarship from the Lexington Rotary Club.

  • Cara Neel was named a recipient of a Lexington College and University Scholarship from the Lexington Rotary Club.
