Professor William E. Stilwell (EDP) College of Education Emeritus Faculty and director of Graduate Studies in the Department of Educational and Counseling Psychology, was featured in the February 2008 issue of Kentucky Teacher magazine for his long-time use of LISTSERVs to allow easier, more specific e-mail communications between groups of teachers, administrators and students.

Dr. Stilwell introduced listservs to the UK community in the early 1990s by opening one for library media specialists. More than 140 LISTSERVs now serve nearly 40,000 subscribers.
