*The PA program requests two general changes to their program. To accomplish this, two program change forms were submitted– one for each change.

**The sum total of the changes to the program are a result of one new course proposal and one course change proposal, both of which are at the 800-level; such courses in the health care colleges is approved solely by the HCCC. It was determined that a program change form was required, but Undergraduate Council Chair Kraemer determined that the change did not require UC review. Once the program change is approved, the new course and course change (not posted here) will be sent to the Office of the Registrar.
