- Repeat Options must be returned to the CFA Dean’s Office, 206 Fine Arts Building. According to Senate Rules, A student must be enrolled at UK at the time he/she files the repeat option. You might want to file any repeat options or petitions (for course substitutions or waivers) at the same time you turn in your advising form. Download form for repeat option.
- Learning contracts for Independent Study, Coordinate Study, AAD or TA Experiential, Senior Projects and/or other Internships must be completed, including professor and chair signatures, and turned in PRIOR to registering for these courses. These are controlled courses that require an override which requires prior approval via the completed contract. Download Learning Contract.
