UK Drumline

The UK Drumline is a section of the Wildcat Marching Band comprised of approximately 25 - 30 music and non-music majors from both UK. The UK Drumline performs at every football game half-time show, as well as a solo performance after each football game outside Commonwealth Stadium. In addition to their performances with the marching band, the drumline performs independently at select Women's Volleyball games, a Women's Basketball half-time, and a Men's Basketball half-time at Rupp Arena.

Auditions for the UK Drumline happen during "Early Week" which usually takes place the week before classes begin in the Fall Semester. For more information about the audition process, download the audition packet contained here (PDF).

The UK Drumline meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5-7. The instructor for 2007-2008 for the UK Drumline is Brian Nozny.
