Performance Conflicts:

Students who join the Wildcat Marching Band are expected to attend all performances. If you have a serious, unavoidable conflict with one of the scheduled performances, such as a religious holiday or family wedding, please write the DATE and the REASON for the conflict below. All requests, including those listed below, must be presented in writing and in person to the Director no later than the first day of Band Camp. Students who plan to miss a performance may be assigned an alternate position to ensure that we have a full band at every performance. Work schedules, family gatherings and other activities must be scheduled to avoid conflicts with the Wildcat Marching Band performance schedule.
